My very first Holy Communion dress

I still remember my very first Holy Communion dress. I think it was the most beautiful girls communion dress I have ever seen in my life. To this day, I still think back and realize that my mother must have spent a fortune on that designer communion dress.
The dress itself was white with a “V” back that led down to a gorgeous little bow. The bottom expanded and swayed at my side as I walked. I used to wear it around the house just to look at myself in every mirror as I passed it.
When I have a daughter of my own, I hope to get her first Holy Communion dress just as beautiful as mine was. I want her to remember it for her whole life.
